TAMPA, FL — FBITCAAA alumni gathered this past Thursday for an Alumni Range Night at the Florida Firearms Academy, coming together for an evening focused on fellowship, networking, and responsible firearms education.
The alumni-only event welcomed past Citizens Academy students to reconnect in a relaxed and welcoming environment while participating in supervised, structured range time. The evening encouraged meaningful interaction and strengthened connections among graduates from various academy classes.
Strengthening Connections Beyond the Classroom
Alumni Range Night reflected the core mission of the FBITCAAA—keeping graduates engaged, informed, and connected long after completing the academy. Throughout the evening, attendees shared updates, renewed friendships, and continued the spirit of collaboration and mutual support fostered during their academy experience.
“These events are a reminder that the academy experience doesn’t end at graduation,” one alumnus shared. “It’s about staying involved, continuing to learn, and supporting one another as part of a larger community.”
Safe, Structured, and Educational Range Experience
A key component of the evening was supervised range time designed to emphasize safety, responsibility, and continued learning. Participants of varying experience levels were able to take part comfortably, with clear structure and oversight ensuring a positive and professional environment.
FBITCAAA extends its sincere appreciation to Florida Firearms Academy under the leadership of Thomas King for hosting the event and providing outstanding facilities and staff support. Their commitment to safety and education played an essential role in the success of the evening.
Advancing Community Engagement and Public Safety
As a 501(c)(3) alumni association, FBITCAAA remains dedicated to promoting public safety, education, and informed community engagement. Alumni Range Night exemplified this commitment by blending responsible firearms education with relationship-building and alumni involvement.
By creating opportunities for graduates to reconnect and continue learning together, FBITCAAA helps strengthen trust, awareness, and partnerships that benefit the broader community.
Looking Ahead
FBITCAAA encourages all alumni to stay engaged and participate in future events designed to foster connection, education, and service. Additional alumni gatherings, educational opportunities, and community-focused initiatives will be announced in the coming months.
