1. Introduction These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FBITCAAA Tampa Chapter website at https://fbitcaaa.org (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Your membership is also subject to additional membership-specific terms outlined in the FBITCAAA Membership Policy.

2. Membership and User Accounts

• Only graduates of the FBI Citizens Academy in the Tampa area are eligible for membership, subject to Board approval.
• Users creating accounts on the Site are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and notifying FBITCAAA of any unauthorized access.

3. Content Submission and User Conduct

• Users may submit content to the Site and grant FBITCAAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute such content.
• Users agree not to submit or share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights.
• All users must uphold FBITCAAA’s values and refrain from activities that compromise security, disrupt service, or violate local, state, or federal laws.

4. Privacy Policy Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in activities that interfere with the Site's security or operation, such as using automated systems or transmitting malicious code, is prohibited.
• Members must not use the Site for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

6. Termination of Membership and Site Use Membership or access to the Site may be terminated for non-compliance with these Terms, failure to pay dues, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the FBITCAAA.

7. Liability Disclaimer FBITCAAA Tampa Chapter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership or use of the Site.

8. Changes to the Terms FBITCAAA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or participation in FBITCAAA after modifications indicates your acceptance.

9. Governing Law These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
